Deputy PM Binh delivered an opening speech at the Vietnam-UK International Financial Center Summit on Monday in Hanoi, where he said the conference is a testament to the close and effective cooperation between Vietnam and the UK.
“The UK is ready to support us in building and operating the financial center. This is one of the vivid evidences for the effective economic partnership between Vietnam and the UK. Hopefully, at this event, leaders of Vietnamese ministries and sectors will gain practical information.”
Participants discussed resources for the International Financial Center; international practices and an independent court system in an international financial center; developing skills and human resources; and capital markets and green finance.
