NA Chairman Tran Thanh Man requested that law-making work must ensure quality and certainty, saying "Entering the new era of national rise, many newly arising problems require the law-making process to be quick, concise, and capable of meeting the requirements of national construction and development and promptly remove obstacles and difficulties.”
