(VOVworld) – Overseas Vietnamese in France have closely followed every development of the 12th National Party Congress. They hope the Congress will be a success with breakthrough policies to boost Vietnam’s future development. Ngo Kim Hung, Secretary General of the Vietnamese People’s Association in France, said the local overseas Vietnamese have closely followed the Congress, from its preparations to every meeting session and discussion. Hung said he believes the Congress will set sound policies for Vietnam’s development and international integration in the next 5 years. Nguyen Hoai Tuong, Deputy Chairman of the Association of Vietnamese Scientists and Experts in France, said he hopes decisions reached at this Congress will help turn Vietnam into a responsible nation with significant contributions to the development of the international community
