(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received in Hanoi on Sunday Professor Dr. Qiu Yong, an alternate member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tsinghua University, and an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Professor Qiu is currently on a visit to Vietnam.
