[VOVWORLD] - Born visually impaired, teacher Vo Cam Giang of Quang Ngai province came up with the idea of launching a podcast channel called “Raising Your Voice” to connect people with similar disabilities and help the wider community hear their stories, spreading positivity and inspiration.
